Delivery times may also be subject to customs checks.
Do you accept international orders?
You bet. I love receiving orders from all over the world.
What is the breakdown of the shipping cost?
United Kingdom we offer shipping by 2nd class post based on the size and weight of your order. Due to the increase in postage prices across the board, we offer a FRIST CLASS RECORDED option for an additional fee based on the weight of the items purchased. This gives you tracking and requires a signature on receipt.
Internationally, all countries are sent tracked. ROYAL MAIL TRACKED, this has a guarantee attached to the item and cost is based upon the weight of the purchases and delivery is usually within 7 days of postage. If your order is over 2kg we will send by courier. Full tracking details are given within these orders.
What ARE THE PRINT METHODS USED?
Our main form of print is using HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl). This material is pressed onto the garment and has incredible washability and durability. We do create some of our character designs with HTV, though this is the more costly option as each item is hand printed, like building a jigsaw.
Our second method is using a High Quality Laser Transfer with White Ink. These transfers are durable and wash well. As part of the process, you’ll notice pin holes on the picture, which don’t distract from the design when seen from as little as 30 cm away. This is called rasterisation - and allows for a softer feel in the print, a greater durability, and longevity of the print through washing.
We supply a card with washing and care instructions with your order. Any issues with the prints please contact us.
What if there is a problem with my order? Can I return the items?
Yes we do accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact me within 7 days within receiving your goods we will accept a return. We will replace your good like for like, or offer a refund to the value of the goods.
I’ve heard about your bespoke service, what can you do?
Well it all depends on the limits of your imagination. The Vinyl method we use on t-shirts does limit to solid colours, however lots of various styles effect can be achieved with this. You can have any order you make individualised (with additional cost) or you can have a complete bespoke shirt. We am specialist in rhinestone by hand, this makes bespoke designs a little more expensive and on a quote basis. Use the contact link for more details.
Do you sell wholesale?
At this present time we cannot offer t shirts on a whole sale basis.
I would love to model, any chance?
You may be the exact person we are looking for, use the contact link to express your interest.
I’m a designer could you print my designs?
We’d love to hear from you about what you design, and see what we can do.
